What are the benefits of having an Applique Membership?

To begin, your Applique Membership is 100% FREE! Having a membership grants you access to exclusive offers, contests and promotions, additional private viewings of the newest items before they hit the store, and so much more!

What are Virtual Stylist Appointments?

Every Applique Client receives a complimentary 15 minute virtual stylist appointment with each and every purchase. Our professional stylists are ready to help complete your look from head to toe! Appointments must be redeemed within 7 days from purchase and are valid for up to 30 days. Aside from that, additional appointments with our stylists are available at $19.99 for each 30 minute consult. Can I rent a dress?

Our bridal dresses are available for rent or purchase! Rental periods run on a 7 day schedule (from the day they are received by the client). Please be advised that because ALL of our dresses are made to order, we suggest you place your dress order 5 weeks in advance of your event and allow more time if alterations or special situations are anticipated.

What about the evening wear dresses? Can I rent those as well?

Because we offer such significantly affordable prices on our evening dresses, they are only available for purchase. Please note that each and every dress is made to order for you!

How do I check on the status of my orders?

You can contact our customer service at any time to inquire on your order. You may do so by email at welcome@applique.design or by speaking with our virtual online assistant available 10am-8pm EST at www.appliquedesign.com

Can I add or remove items from my order?

You may add items at any time to your order, but please note that orders must be paid in full prior to processing. If possible, items will be combined to one package/tracking. If not, an additional tracking number will be provided.For removing items please see our Refund and Return Policy.

When will you ship my order after I order it?

All of our dresses are newly cut and made to order. Please expect up to 5 weeks for delivery of your bridal dress and 3 weeks delivery for your occasion wear. Our Virtual Concierge or Customer Service can assist you further on when you should order a dress for your event!

What can I do if I did not receive but tracking says delivered?

? Please refer to our sizing chart for size accommodations and measurements. If you have further questions, please know you can set up a consultation with one of our professional stylists to assist you!

Do you have a store?

Applique Design is currently operating fully online! But stay tuned…you never know when there may be a pop up near you!

What if I the Made to Measure Garment does not fit well?

Kindly note that our made to measure garments are created based on the sizing measurements provided by you. We do our best to follow the measurements provided by you but sometimes the garment may not fit as well as you like . These may be due to the fact that our garments take about 6 week to make and ship and sometimes body measurements tend to vary within that time frame. Therefore we seek your understanding on this matter as we unable to offer refund/return/exchange/ store credit as each garment is create specifically as per each clients measurements.

How to delete my account?

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

In how many days will the order be shipped out?
  1. Kindly note that due to the covid pandemic, all our garments will be shipped out within 32 working days of receiving complete payment for regular size dresses.
  2. In case of made to measure garments or custom design garments, we will require 32 working days to ship out the garment from receiving complete payment along with complete set of required measurements needed for custom sizing . If measurements are provided after purchase then shipping of the garment will be within 32 working days after receiving all the required measurements.
  3. IMPORTANT:- We are extremely passionate about creating the perfect garment for you and shipping it to you on time but due to the pandemic we have experienced delays and snags at our backend which unfortunately is beyond our control. We apologise in advance for this. And recommend that you kindly budget for sufficient amount of time while placing your order.

 

How do you ship your products?

We seek you kind understanding in the following matter. Kindly note that we ship our garments via reliable partner courier company like DHL/FEDEX/ARAMEX . Unfortunately due to the pandemic our partners too are experiencing delays and backlogs . Hence we are unable to guarantee the exact date and time of your delivery. Once the garment package has been handed over to the courier company , our company no longer can take responsibility for any delay, damages and/or other such detriments caused to the garment during shipping, handling and delivery by the courier company .

How can I track my order status?

Once your dress is ready to ship you will be notified and a tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 5 weeks total from placing your order to receive your dress as every dress is made to order.

Why the processing time is so long?

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and truly want to make your Applique Experience enjoyable and effortless. For that reason, we want to provide to our clients the most up-to-date details as accurately and in as real-time as possible. This helps us to create realistic expectations. We also want to ensure that all of our dresses are perfectly made for YOU!

How do I check on the status of my orders?

You will receive a tracking id via email once your order has been shipped. You can also go to My Accounts section to check the status.

What is your return/exchange process?

What is the refund policy for custom size or custom made garments?

We love our clients and want to see you happy but we are unable to OFFER A REFUND/ RETURN/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT for custom size garments and custom made garments. Since these are specifically made for the individual customer. we seek you kind understanding in this matter.

Where is my refund

The time frame for refunds is listed on our Return and Refund Policy. Please refer to this for more details. If your refund is past the time stated in our policy, please contact our customer service for assistance. Oftentimes banks can be delayed, but we are happy to assist in helping you sort it immediately.

How can I change payment methods?

How can I pay with Wire Transfer?

Unfortunately we do not allow payment through wire transfer. We DO allow the following: Visa Mastercard American Express Discover and PayPal.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
